Who can do this: Team members with access to Settings
Where to find it: Settings › Integrations › Communication
Messaging integrations let you send client messages and notifications.
Steps
- Go to Settings › Integrations and filter by Communication.
- SMS (PandaCue SMS) and Email show Manage Sms and Manage Email when connected.
- Select WhatsApp to connect your WhatsApp account.
Result
Your messaging channels are ready for notifications and Conversations.
