Add a product

Who can do this: Team members with access to Products
Where to find it: Apps › Products › New Product

Add retail or professional products so you can sell them and track stock.

Before you start

• Have the product name, price and stock count ready.

Steps

1. Open the Apps launcher (the grid icon in the top bar) and select Products.
2. Select New Product.
3. Enter the product Name (required) and choose a Category.
4. Add a Description and Brand.
5. Enter the Unit Price, Supplier, Unit Label and Purchase Cost.
6. Add stock details: Desired Quantity, SKU, Barcode and Initial Stock.
7. Set the product as active, choose your product options, then save.

Result

The product appears in your Products list and can be added to sales.
