Track work items on the board

Who can do this: Team members with access to Work Items
Where to find it: Apps › Work Items

Work items help you track jobs and tasks from draft to done.

Steps

1. Open the Apps launcher (the grid icon in the top bar) and select Work Items.
2. Use Kanban view to see items by stage, or Table view for a list.
3. Each column shows a stage: Draft, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled, with the number of items and their total value.
4. Drag a card to another column to move it to that stage.

Result

Your team can see where every item stands.
