Use Express Booking™

Who can do this: Staff with calendar access
Where to find it: Appointments calendar; settings in Settings › Express Booking™

Express Booking creates a pending appointment and sends the client a link to confirm, pay a deposit and upload photos.

Before you start

• Set up Express Booking in Settings.

Steps

1. Open Settings › Express Booking™ and review the settings.

2. From the calendar, create an Express Booking for the client.

3. The client opens the link to confirm, pay the deposit and upload photos.

Result

The appointment stays pending until the client completes the link.
