Who can do this: Business owners and admins
Where to find it: Settings › Templates (/business/settings/templates)
Message templates will let you save reusable messages for follow-ups and campaigns. This feature is coming soon.
Steps
- Go to Settings › Templates to see where message templates will live.
Result
Template authoring and channel mapping are not available yet. We will update this article when they are.
