PandaCue glossary

Common terms you will see in PandaCue.

Appointment statuses

Pending Completion, Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Waiting, In Service, Closed and No Show.

Express Booking™

A pending appointment where the client uses a link to confirm, pay a deposit and upload photos.

Time block

Blocked calendar time with a duration, staff member and reason.

Waitlist

Clients waiting for an opening that you can book when one becomes available.

Resource

A room or piece of equipment that can be shown as a calendar column. Resources are organised in resource groups.

Account balance

Credit held on a client’s profile that can be applied to a sale.

Gift card

A card with a number and amount, linked to an owner and a purchasing client.

Package

A set of services sold to a client from a package template.

Membership

A plan a client is enrolled in from Setup Plans.

Offer

A promotion with its own details, discounts and advanced settings.

Estimate

A quote sent to a client before work. Statuses include Sent, Accepted and Declined.

Invoice

A bill sent to a client, tracked as Due, Overdue or Received.

Work item

A task tracked through stages: Draft, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled.

Pipeline

A board of leads moving through stages such as New Lead, Consultation Booked, Won and Lost.

Workflow

An automation, such as a post-visit follow-up or an appointment confirmation email.

Time Clock PIN

The PIN a staff member uses to clock in and out at the Time Clock kiosk.
